2440 Media is a Media Production Company specializing in web design, web applications, and web video. Our Offices are located right in the heart of Pittsburgh in the historic Arrott building on the corner of 4th avenue and Wood St.

We are offering an internship opportunity to students eager to gain real world experience with programming websites and web -based applications.  Students will be involved will all facets of the project cycle, from pre-planning to launch.  We are looking for motivated interns with a strong desire to learn and to excel at each task assigned to them.

Prerequisites include knowledge of and experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.  Experience with Dreamweaver, other programming languages (Java, PERL, Visual Basic, C, C++, J2EE, etc), or other databases is a plus but not required.

This unpaid internship opportunity is available year-round and can be used for class credit with school approval.
